Format : 21h of distance learning spread over 1 month, including:
- 14h of virtual class taught by a trainer
- 7h of asynchronous training (dedicated platform and personal work)
Modalities: 2 online sessions per week (2 x 2h) with the trainer. Autonomous work applied to your own facility and workstation between sessions.
Public : professionals in the hotel, tourism and catering (HTR) sector who need to develop an eco-responsible approach in their establishment or group.

Price : €2,900 net / trainee subject to minimum number of participants. Financing by your OPCO is possible.

She teaches at Europe's leading hotel management schools, including IMHI-ESSEC, Glion and Savignac. Finally, with her start-up Jeune Educ, she is developing a label for the transition of higher education.

Our teaching approach combines interactive online sessions, distance learning courses and independent work.
The learner puts the knowledge and skills acquired during the training directly into practice on his or her own premises, using the tools provided. They are put in real-life situations of realization and analysis.
The course uses a variety of teaching aids including text, infographics, videos, and interviews with experts and professionals from the hotel and restaurant industry.

At the end of the course, trainees receive a certificate of completion and a certificate of achievement. An attendance record and a follow-up and supervision certificate may also be issued. An assessment questionnaire will be sent to the trainee.
At the end of the course, a training certificate is issued to the trainee.
Inter-company format: training takes place remotely.
Intra-company format: training can take place remotely, in your establishment, or on theEcole de Savignac campus (1 place des Ecoles, 24420 Savignac-les-Eglises) according to the terms and conditions we have established in consultation.
