- Operational team management, effective recruitment, digital marketing, sales marketing, sales management in the luxury goods industry, Revenue management.
Hospitality expertise
- Consulting project, luxury hospitality, spa management, clubs and resorts management, management of the amusement and theme parks, management of the outdoor hotel industry, and management of senior establishments.
Communication and organization skills
- Communication techniques, general culture, office applications applied to hotel management, development of employability and career plans
