You will work on 3 major events during the year (two festivals and a school event). As part of a team, you'll work on planning and execution. These hands-on experiences are a unique learning ground where you develop practical and strategic skills to become a demanding operations manager.
This module gives you all the tools you need toset up and run a business. You'll follow the creation process, developing your own business idea as part of a team: analyzing economic and financial difficulties, researching information, identifying and explaining concepts, proposing a business plan. It's practical work, designed to turn ideas into concrete applications.
