  1. Become a Service Manager in the hotel, tourism and catering industries. Contribute, in collaboration with other departments, to achieving both economic and qualitative results for an establishment in the hospitality sector.

YEAR 1: Discover hospitality and master the basics

Personal development: Professional values and attitudes, Work methodology, Office automation, Week intensive English, Public speaking, English communication, Written communication techniques and general culture, Soft Skills in hospitality

Career preparation and building employability : Individual coaching on career planning, job search techniques (CV workshop, cover letter, interview).

4 or 8 month internship, in France or abroad.

1st year sandwich course

Ecole de Savignac offers a small number of work-study places from the first year, via Parcoursup only.
The program is divided into the following areas:

Management Division: Intercultural communication, Accounting information systems, Marketing in HTR, Labor law, Sustainable development in HR, Fundamental knowledge of the restaurant industry, Oenology, Professional environment in a restaurant, Rooms Division Operations

Personal development : Professional values and attitudes, Introduction to the hospitality sector, Work methodology, Office automation, Week intensive English, Public speaking.

Professional Pole: you start with an intensive month on campus in September, to acquire the management basics and interpersonal skills needed for your integration. You then join your company in October for a full month of immersion and discovery. From November onwards, you alternate between 2 weeks at school and 3 weeks at the company. This gradual rhythm prepares you effectively for your corporate assignments. From May onwards, you'll be working full-time in the company to consolidate what you've learned in the field.

Apprentices who enter Year 1 continue at a different pace. The year is divided into 2 full-time periods: one dedicated to deepening key management concepts (3 to 4 months), the other to your company (6 to 7 months). You can choose between two calendars, to suit the seasonality of your business sector.
