  1. École de Savignac offers a sandwich course starting in the first year of the Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management (Bac +3). This program combines academic teaching with in-company immersion to prepare students to become operational managers. Candidates for the first year must apply via Parcoursup.
How do I apply?

How many work-study places are available in 1st year?
  1. Places are very limited: only a dozen or so. This is why we recommend that applicants whose applications have been confirmed should not delay in their search for a company, as the first to arrive with a contract will be the first to register.
What is the work-study schedule?
    • Year 1: 1 month at school in September, 1 month at the company in October, followed by 2 weeks at school and 3 weeks at the company. From May onwards, full immersion in the company.
    • Year 2: 2 full-time periods, consisting of 3 to 4 months of classes at the school, and 6 to 7 months on the job.
    • Year 3: 1 to 2 weeks at school and 3 weeks on the job.
